The Motivate.® Training Method™

Personal training with us can look like one of three things: One-on-one, semi-private, or in small groups.

One-on-one and semi-private training has the choice between 2x/week or 3x/week packages. We only offer once per week packages to our Motivate.® Movement members who are complementing their personal training with group classes - or - clients who have at least completed a 2x/week or 3x/week package.

Our methodology is built on one belief:

At Motivate.® Training, we use InBody technology to go beyond the scale—so you can understand what’s really happening in your body.

This quick, non-invasive scan breaks down your body composition in real time, giving you a clear picture of:

  • Muscle mass

  • Body fat percentage (visceral and subcutaneous)

  • Water balance + hydration

  • Segmental analysis (how each arm, leg, and your core are developing)

Every session follows a structured, intentional framework designed to help you move better, lift confidently, and age powerfully. Health + Nutrition Coaching Sessions may be added into packages if more support is needed in those areas.
